From the houses of El hornillo, which seem to hang on the steep slopes of the ravine of Agaete, to El Puerto de las Nieves, a charming fishing village, Agaete offers countless attractions: pure nature, priceless archeological remains, a rich gastronomy, natural sea pools, beaches that suit all tastes and age groups, and a ferry connection to Santa Cruz de Tenerife to get a close look to the volcano Teide, which stands majestically above the sea of clouds over the ocean.
